Host checklist

Prepare a space drivers can understand.

Clear information helps avoid confusion before someone arrives.

Before you publish

  • You have authority to manage or offer the spaces.
  • Spaces and drive aisles are clearly organized and usable.
  • Entrances, exit routes, and pedestrian paths are safe.
  • Hours, rates, capacity, and vehicle-size restrictions are accurate.

Safety & responsibilities

  • Check zoning, business permits, licenses, taxes, and insurance requirements that apply to your property.
  • Do not advertise more spaces than you can actually accommodate.
  • Consider lighting, signs, accessibility obligations, drainage, and traffic flow.
  • Communicate whether staff, gate access, or on-site assistance is available.
Good to know: Listing a space does not automatically establish legal permission to rent it, insurance coverage, or a guarantee of security. Hosts are responsible for checking applicable rules and accurately describing what they offer. This page is general guidance, not legal advice.
