1. What ParqHive is — and isn't

ParqHive is a listings and discovery platform only. We connect people who have a parking space to offer ("Hosts") with people looking for parking ("Parkers"). ParqHive is not a party to any parking arrangement made between a Host and a Parker. We do not own, operate, manage, inspect, or control any parking space, and we do not provide parking services ourselves. Any agreement to park is solely between the Host and the Parker.

2. We do not handle payments

ParqHive does not process, collect, hold, or guarantee any payments. All payments for parking are made directly between the Parker and the Host, outside the App — typically via GCash or cash. Hosts keep 100% of what they charge; ParqHive takes no commission on parking payments. ParqHive is not responsible for any payment, non-payment, refund, or payment dispute between users.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ParqHive. By using the App you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms.

4. Your account

You register using a verified mobile number. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. If you are a Host

• You confirm you have the legal right to offer the space (you own it, or have permission), and that offering it does not violate any lease, condominium/HOA rule, barangay regulation, or law.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing, for the condition and safety of your space, and for your conduct with Parkers.
• You set your own rates and collect payment directly. ParqHive takes no commission.
• Your exact address is kept private until a Parker books, but you are responsible for how you share it thereafter.
• New listings are reviewed before they appear to Parkers, and ParqHive may decline, hide, or remove any listing at its discretion (see Section 9).

6. If you are a Parker

• You agree to book in good faith, pay the Host directly as agreed, park responsibly, and follow the Host's house rules.
• You are responsible for your vehicle and for any damage you cause to a Host's property.
• We encourage you to confirm a spot is real and as described before paying. Never pay for a space you have not been able to verify.

7. No guarantee — use at your own risk

The App and all listings are provided "as is" and "as available." ParqHive does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, quality, safety, or legality of any listing, Host, Parker, or parking space, and does not verify every detail users provide. You use the App and transact with other users at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

Because ParqHive is only a venue that connects users and is not a party to any parking arrangement, ParqHive is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, cost, or dispute arising between users or from the use of any parking space, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Any dispute arising from a parking arrangement is between the Host and the Parker directly.

9. Content, conduct, and moderation

You are responsible for the content you post (listings, messages, reports) and must not post anything false, unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, harassing, or that infringes others' rights. You must not use ParqHive to scam, list a space you don't control, or engage in any illegal activity.

ParqHive may review, approve, decline, hide, or remove any listing, and may suspend or block any user, at its discretion — including blocking a user from hosting while allowing them to continue as a Parker. Repeated reports may automatically hide a listing pending review.

10. Advertising

The App is free to use and supported by advertising (Google AdMob). By using the App you agree to the display of ads.

11. Termination

You may stop using ParqHive at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 2, 7, 8, and 12) will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use of ParqHive after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute relating to them or to ParqHive shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

14. Privacy

Your use of ParqHive is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.
