Host checklist

Prepare a space drivers can understand.

Clear information helps avoid confusion before someone arrives.

Before you publish

  • You have the right or permission to offer the parking space.
  • The parking area is accessible without obstructing sidewalks, roads, or neighbors.
  • Photos show the real space and its entry or exit.
  • Rates, size limits, availability, and any special rules are clearly stated.

Safety & responsibilities

  • Check property, lease, homeowners’ association, and local rules before publishing.
  • Do not promise security, surveillance, or guaranteed vehicle safety unless you actually provide it.
  • Keep gates, emergency access, and neighboring property unobstructed.
  • Use in-app reporting and appropriate local services for safety issues.
Good to know: Listing a space does not automatically establish legal permission to rent it, insurance coverage, or a guarantee of security. Hosts are responsible for checking applicable rules and accurately describing what they offer. This page is general guidance, not legal advice.
